I got a warning one of my blogs was about to be deleted due to inactivity....I post in my other one everyday so they must mean this one although I posted here only 2 weeks ago.....but I decided to post something anyway. I do intend to get this blog up and running again soon. I have just had more to talk about in the weight loss world than the general world lately!!!
